The Goal: To develop a communication campaign to encourage a proactive performance on the part of the Collaborators.
The Idea: The guiding concept was “Workfit, your energy makes Naranja grow”; we therefore used the language of physical activity, effort and passion and applied it to everyday activities. A competition was proposed, which involved prizes and different creative ideas for launch and communication activities.
What is Workfit? A constant training system based on varied functional exercises that boost the virtues of both the Collaborator and the team. The results have an impact all across Naranja.
